Pricing
Our initial offerings are all being published in trade-paperback format; about 6 inches by 9 inches in size. A single book is priced at $12.95 plus tax. (The company is located in Omaha, which means 7%, for a total of $13.86 if you are purchasing a single book.) We like to give discounts for those who purchase more than one copy in a single order (large orders reduce risk for Creative Impulse . . .), so have a look at the table if you are interested in making a large order. Shipping costs $2.75 per book.
